The www.55plus.sk website uses an encrypted SSL connection that prevents third parties from accessing data while it is being transmitted over the Internet and modifying such data by third parties.

The operator of the website is Arcys, s.r.o. The Operator is also the controller of the Users' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR"). We undertake to process personal data in accordance with the law, in particular the GDPR. 

User rights

As a User, you have the right to request from the Operator access to your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR, rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Article 16-18 GDPR. The User has the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Art. 1 (a), and (c) to (f) GDPR. Furthermore, the User has the right to object to processing pursuant to Art. 1.2. 21 GDPR and the right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR.

Complaint

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if he/she believes that his/her right to data protection has been violated.
